AAR Insurance Kenya Limited started its operations in 1984 and has grown to be a leading medical insurer in East Africa with an extensive branch and broker network.
The Insurer is inviting eligible firms and individuals to be pre-qualified for the supply and provision of goods and services mentioned below:

The prequalification will be completed online via our online supplier qualification system. Interested suppliers may participate in the prequalification process by visiting https://aar-insurance.ke/ke/mediacenter and click the tab written “TENDERS”. The list of prequalification categories and more information will be available on this link.
Access to the prequalification will be granted upon payment of a non-refundable fee of KES. 3,000 per category. All payments will be made via our online payment platform during the bidding process.
The deadline for participation in the prequalification exercise is 31st January 2022 at 1700hrs EAT.
Paper/hardcopy applications will not be accepted.
Current suppliers and service providers are required to participate in order to be considered. All applicants who duly complete the online prequalification process will be notified on the outcome of their applications after completion of the vetting process.
AAR Insurance Kenya Limited reserves the right to accept or reject any expression of Interest for pre-qualification in part or in whole and is not bound to give any reason for its decision.
