INVITATION TO TENDER
SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, CONFIGURATION AND COMMISSIONING OF INFRUSTRUCURE TO HOST ENTERPRISE APPLICATIONS AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR SUPPORT AND MAINTAINANCE
TENDER NO: NCC/ICT&e-GOVT/T/357/2021-2022
1. The Nairobi City County Government invites sealed tenders for the SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, CONFIGURATION AND COMMISSIONING OF INFRUSTRUCURE TO HOST ENTERPRISE APPLICATIONS AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR SUPPORT AND MAINTAINANCE
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National) using a standardized tender
document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours Monday to Friday 0800hours to 16 00hours (East Africa Time).at the address given below;

4. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders upon payment of a non- refundable fees of Kshs. 1,000.00 (Kenya shillings One Thousand Only) in cash or Banker’s Cheque and payable to the address given below.
5. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website (www.tenders.go.ke). Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to nairobiprocurement@gmail.com, P.O Box 30075-00100 to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
6. All Tenders must be accompanied by an Original tender security 2% of the total bid sum in the form of Unconditional Bank Guarantee from a reputable bank in Kenya or Insurance Firm listed from PPRA and valid for 140 days from the date of tender opening.
7. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
8. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 09th May,2022 at 12.00 noon (East Africa Time) Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.

9. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead line date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
