The (Gatundu Water& Sanitation Company Limited.) invites sealed tenders for the SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, CONFIGURATION, CUSTOMIZATION, TESTING, COMMISSIONING AND MAINTENANCE OF AN ENTERPRISE RESOURCE PLANNING (ERP) SYSTEM FOR GATWASCO
A completed Request for Proposal (RFP) Technical Proposal document in plain sealed outer envelope enclosing separately sealed envelopes (in “original” and “copy” properly bound) and a completed Request for Proposal (RFP) Financial Proposal document in plain sealed outer envelope enclosing separately sealed envelope (in “original” and properly bound) shall be placed in an outer envelope, sealed and clearly
marked, “DO NOT OPEN” GATWASCO/RFP/01/2021/2022 – SUPPLY, INSTALLATION,
CONFIGURATION, CUSTOMIZATION, TESTING, COMMISSIONING AND
MAINTENANCE OF AN ERP SYSTEM
Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National) [Select one] using a standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours 0800 to 1700 hours at the address given below.
Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website www.gatwasco.co.ke Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website www.gatwasco.co.ke Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to facilitate
any further clarification or addendum

The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before Tuesday 7th June 2022 at 11:00am
Electronic tenders will not be permitted.
Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead line date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
Late tenders will be rejected.
