INVITATION TO TENDER (ITT)
SUPPLY & INSTALLATION OF FIREWALL DEVICE AND LICENCES.
TENDER REF. NO. NEMA/T/17/2021-2022.
1. The National Environment Management Authority (NEMA) invites sealed tenders for the Supply of Firewall Device and Licences in the financial year 2021/2022.
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National) using this standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all eligible, qualified and interested Tenderers.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours i.e., 0900 to1500hours at the address given below.
4. Tender documents should be obtained electronically from the Website www.nema.go.ke or www.tenders.go.ke . Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge. Tenderers downloading documents from a designated Website shall advise the Procurement Entity that they have downloaded the tender documents, giving full contact addresses of the tenderer (email, telephone number and postal address).
5. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to procurement@nema.go.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
6. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of Fifty Thousand (50,000) Kenyan Shillings.
7. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before June 03, 2022 at 10:00AM. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
8. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
9. Late tenders will be rejected.
