Interested bidders may download the tender documents from the Kenya Good Neighbors website (goodneighbors.ke).
Duly completed documents should be returned by email to procurement@goodneighbors.ke on/before 16th February 2022,11.59 P.M. EAT, addressed to the Sponsorship Procurement Committee. Indicate the tender reference [KGN/SSD/002/2022 in the e-mail title. Late submission will not be considered and only shortlisted vendors will be contacted.
Mandatory documents to be submitted include: 1] Company profile & portfolio, 2]Quotation, 3]Certificate of Registration, 4] Tax Compliance Certificate, 5] Copy of Pin Certificate, 6] Current Trade License, 7] Previous work profiles, 8] Audited financial reports for the last 3 years, 9] Litigation history, 10] Bank account information (under company name), 11] Pictorial design of the hoodie.
