SUPPLY OF AND DELIVERY OF OFFICE STATIONERY AND COMPUTER ACCESSORIES

1.2         A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested candidates in the procurement website www.tenders.go.ke.

1.3          Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with Tender Reference Number and be deposited in the Tender Box at JUJA NG-CDF OFFICE or be addressed to The Fund Account Manager, Juja Constituency, P. O. Box 706-01001, Kalimoni so as to be received on or before 18^th March,2021 at 10.30 am.

1.4         Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes and delivery must be in Kenya Shillings and shall remain valid for a hundred and twenty (120) days from the closing date of the tender

1.5         Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the Candidates or their representatives who choose to attend at Juja NG-CDF Office.

    v.         Certified copy of CR12 Certificate and copies of ID’s Directors.

   vi.         Audited Financial Accounts Report for the last 2 years(Signed and stamped)
