SUPPLY OF FUEL OIL TO THE RABAI POWER PLANT.
Rabai Power Limited (RPL) wishes to invite eligible licensed Fuel Suppliers to submit sealed tenders for the provision of Residual Fuel Oil to the Rabai Power Plant.
Rabai Power Limited owns and operates a 90MW Heavy Fuel Oil (HFO) fueled Power Plant located at Rabai, 20km inland from Mombasa. The Plant started full commercial operations in May 2010 and consumes an average of 60,000 tonnes of HFO per annum, fluctuating with year-by-year production numbers.
A complete set of tender documents including a Request for Proposals and a draft Fuel Supply Agreement may be obtained by interested candidates upon payment of a non- refundable fee of Kenya Shillings one hundred thousand (Kshs 100,000/-) only in the form of a banker’s cheque, payable to Rabai Power Limited, from:
