AAH-I is an African led international non-governmental organisation working with communities in the Horn of Africa, East and Southern Africa to sustainably improve their quality of life. AAH-I has over 30 years’ experience working with communities and has country programmes in South Sudan, Zambia, Uganda, Somalia, Djibouti, Ethiopia and Kenya. Action Africa Help International is the lead implementing partner for UNHCR in logistics in Kakuma refugee camp and Kalobeyei settlement and has managed and maintained UNHCR fleet since 2016.
AAH-I hereby invites interested, experienced and reputable Suppliers of Isuzu, Nissan, Iveco and Toyota spare parts to submit sealed Technical and Financial offers for the following tenders with closing dates of 24th May, 2021 at 10:00 am EAT as indicated on the Column of Tender reference. Late offers will not be considered.

Completed tender documents (Both Financial and Technical) are to be enclosed in two separate plain sealed envelopes/or emailed through two transmissions marked with the tender name and the tender reference number clearly indicating if it’s the financial or the technical offer and deposited in the Tender Box which is located at AAHI Kakuma main offices in compound 3, Kakuma Town or sent to kakumaprocurement@actionafricahelp.org
Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter at the AAHI conference hall (Tukul) in Compound 3 Kakuma town on the 24th May, 2021 at 10.00 hours EAT virtually through the link provided as annex B to the tender documents
AAH-I reserves the right to accept or reject any tender and may annul the tendering process and reject all tenders at any time prior to contract award without thereby incurring any liability to the affected tenderer or tenderers.
