KTDA Management Services Ltd invites tenders from interested firms for supply of Motor Vehicle Tyres & Accessories, Motor Vehicle Tyres Retreading, Paints & Related Products and Blank Branded NFC Cards to its managed tea factories based on framework contract arrangement.
interested eligible firms may obtain detailed tender documents from the procurement office located on first floor KTDA Farmers Building Moi Avenue, Nairobi during office hours upon payment of the non- refundable registration fee. The documents may also be requested upon payment by emailing: procurement@ktdateas.com

Completed tender documents should be deposited in the tender box at the reception on ground floor, KTDA Farmers Building, Moi Avenue Nairobi, to be received not later than 8th March 2022 at 9.30 am Tender opening shall be on the same day.
Due to the COVID 19 pandemic the tender opening shall be virtual through a video link. Bidders shall be provided with the log in credentials before the tender opening.
Canvassing will lead to automatic disqualification from the tendering process.
