SUPPLY OF SPORTS ATTIRES AND EQUIPMENT – Juja NG-CDF

1.1           The JUJA NG-CDF invites sealed bids from eligible candidates for supply of sports attires and equipment’s to Government Ministries/Departments & Institutions on “As and When Required Basis” for the Period ending 30^TH JUNE 2023.

1.2         Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information from and inspect the tender documents in Procurement portal www.tenders.go.ke.

1.3          Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with Tender Reference Number and be deposited in the Tender Box at JUJA NG-CDF Office or be addressed to The Fund Account Manager, Juja Constituency, P. O. Box 706-01001,Kalimoni so as to be received on or before 18^th March,2021 at 10.30 am.

1.4         Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes and delivery must be in Kenya Shillings and shall remain valid for one hundred and twenty (120) days from the closing date of the tender

1.5         Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the Candidates or their representatives who choose to attend at Juja NG-CDF office  Boardroom.

b.    Certified copy tax compliance certificate.

c.    Certified copy of KRA pin certificate.

e.    Audited financial accounts report for the last two (2) years (signed & stamped).

f.     Proof  of similar works.
