INVITATION TO TENDER
CONSTRUCTION OF AVOCADO AGGREGATION CENTRE.
TENDER NO: KE-NANDI COUNTY 154784-CW RFB
1. The County Government of Nandi Department of Agriculture and Cooperative
Development- NARIGP invites sealed tenders for the CONSTRUCTION OF
AVOCADO AGGREGATION CENTRE at Lolduga in Ol’lessos Ward, Nandi Hills Sub
county
2. Tendering will be conducted under Open National competitive method using a
standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested
Tenderers.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information during office
hours between 9.00 Am and 5.00 Pm at the Procurement Office Situated at
Department of Agriculture and Cooperative Development Headquarters.
4. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested tenderers from
County Government of Nandi Website www.nandicounty.go.ke free of charge.
5. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded free of charge from County
Government of Nandi Website www.nandicounty.go.ke Tenderers who download
the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to the Email
address narigpnandi@gmail.com; to facilitate any furtherclarificationor
addendum.
6. Tenders shall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and shall include alltaxes. Tenders shall
remain valid for one hundred and Twenty (120) days from the date of opening of
tenders.
7. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Bid Security equivalent to Kes
1,000,000 duly Certified in the form of a Banker’s guarantee or an Insurance
Company Guarantee issued by an insurance firm approved by the Public
Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA), cash, letter of credit or guarantee by
a deposit taking microfinance institution, Sacco society, the Youth Enterprise
Development Fund or the Women Enterprise Fund valid for 150 days from the
date of tender opening in the format provided in the tender document.
8. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender
documents submitted. Completed Tenders must be physically submitted to; County
Government of Nandi, Department of Agriculture and Cooperative Development P.O Box
802-30300, Kapsabet. Attention; The County Project Coordinator NARIGP, Along Showground
Road on or before Friday 4th November, 2022 1100Hrs Local time.
9. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified
above or any dead line date and time specified later and in the presence of
Bidders representatives.
10. Late tenders will be rejected.
