Provide the following information (mandatory documents)
• Brief description of the company’s background (company profile) with the company’s name and contact details.
• The company’s statutory documents (Certificate of registration or incorporation, business permit and KRA Pin)
• Internet service provider (ISP) License (This requirement is only for suppliers interested in ISP)
• List of your current clients and their contact details (minimum of 3)
• Reference letters from your past or current clients and/or copies of LPOs/LSOs/Contracts (minimum of 3)

Interested and qualified suppliers should send their tender documents to kenyacoprocurement@dca.dk; on or before 7th March 2024 at 5:00pm.

• Evaluation and shortlisting of suppliers/prequalification.
• Shortlisted suppliers will be invited for a site visit meeting at the above-mentioned location to enable them to share their financial proposal.
• Evaluation of proposals and award via a long-term agreement.
