| INVITATION TO TENDER |
The Supreme Council of Kenya Muslims (SUPKEM) is registered as the umbrella body of all Muslim organizations, societies, Mosque committees and groups in Kenya.
SUPKEM invites tenders from licensed contractors for construction of a real estate project on a parcel of land in Huruma, Mathare constituency, Nairobi County
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
The following must be submitted together with the tender among those in the instructions to tenderers in the tender document;
- Copy of Certificate of Incorporation certified by commissioner of oaths,
- Copies of PIN and VAT Registration Certificate certified by Commissioner of oaths
- Copy erf valid current Tax Compliance certificate.
- Copy of Valid Contractors Annual Practicing License from National Construction Authority (NCA 5 and above)
- Registration with National Construction Authority (NCA 5 and above) as provided in the qualification criteria.
- List of ongoing projects and their monetary value.
- All tenders MUST SERIALIZE all the pages of bid documents submitted.
- Copies of valid business permit issued within the current year.
- Total monetary value of Construction work performed for each of the last three years.
- Bank statement in the name of the firm for at least six (6) Months from the date of this tender.
- All the tenders to provide current, certified CRI2 (Valid for the last 12 months)
- Prices quoted MUST remain valid for 120 days from the date of opening.
- Provide audited financial reports for the last three year
Tender documents detailing additional requirements, specification and scope of works should be obtained from SUPKEM offices during working hours at a NON REFUNDABLE fee of TWOTHOUSAND SHILLINGS ONLY (Ksh. 2,000.00).
Completed duly serialized tender documents in Wax sealed plain envelops marked with tender reference without bidders identity, should be deposited in the Tender Box availed at the Office Second floor and be addressed to;

So as to be received on or before Friday, 20th January, 2023 at 10:00AM.
Bids submitted after this prescribed time shall be rejected.
