MANDATORY SITE VISIT.
There will be a Mandatory Site visit for the following Tender.
1. Tender Ref: GDC/GRA/OT/056/2024-2025 – Construction of Proposed Laboratories, and Offices at GDC
Kabarak Yard in Nakuru.
i. Kabarak Yard in Nakuru on 25th June 2025 at 10:00am (Bidders are required to Assemble at GDC Polo Centre
Office, Nakuru County by 9:00am and thereafter by 9:30am to proceed to Kabarak yard for the Site visit)
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the tender document/catalogue from the office of
Manager, Supply Chain Management at Kawi House, South C off Mombasa Road, Red Cross Road between 9.00am and
4.00pm during week days.
A complete set of the tender documents may be obtained by interested firms upon payment of a non-refundable fee of
Kshs.1000 payable to our accounts office in cash or by banker’s cheque. The documents can also be viewed and downloaded
from the website www.gdc.co.ke or PPIP Portal www.tenders.go.ke free of charge. Bidders who download the
tender document from the website MUST forward their particulars immediately to procurement@gdc.co.ke for records
and any further tender clarifications and addenda.
