Kenya Roads Board invites tenders from eligible consultants to provide consultancy services for Asset Verification, Bar Coding & Tagging, update of Asset register and preparation of Asset Management Policy.
The detailed Request for Proposals (RFP) documents can be viewed and downloaded from Kenya Roads Board website: www.krb.go.ke or www.tenders.go.ke at no cost. The documents can be inspected and/or obtained from Supply Chain Management Office on 6th Floor, Kenya Re Towers, Off Ragati Road during working days between 8.30 am and 4.30 pm.
Bidders should constantly check the KRB website (www.krb.go.ke ) for any addendums and other updates. Completed Tender Documents in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked “TENDER NO KRB/T/13/2024-2025 for Consultancy Services to carry out Asset Verification, Bar Coding & Tagging, update of Asset register and preparation of Asset Management Policy.” should be addressed:

and deposited in the Tender box situated on 6th Floor, Kenya Re Towers, Upper hill to be received on or before Thursday 27th March 2025 at 12.00 Noon. Late tenders shall not be accepted.
The proposals will be opened in the KRB Boardroom on the 6th Floor immediately on the same day in the presence of Bidders or their representatives who may wish to attend. Any proposals received after closing time shall be returned unopened.
