KTDA Power Company Limited [KTPC] on behalf of Githongo Tea Factory Company invites tenders from eligible firms for Design, Financing, Construction, and Operation and Maintenance of Solar PV plant at the factory.
KTPC is looking for a capable and experienced Design, Build, Operate and Transfer [DBOT] Contractors to develop and invest in an optimally sized solar PV plant within the precincts of the factory.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain detailed tender documents from the procurement office, on third floor Majani Plaza, Koinange Street, Nairobi during office hours upon payment of the non- refundable tender fee. The tender documents can be requested by emailing: procurement@ktdateas.com
Both the financial and technical Bid documents should be submitted in sealed envelopes marked with the tender name and reference number addressed to:

Completed documents should be deposited in the tender box at the reception on Ground Floor, Majani Plaza, Koinange Street, Nairobi, so as to be received not later than 9th September 2025 at 9.30 am. Opening shall be on the same day.
The tender opening shall be virtual through a video link. Bidders shall be provided with the log in credentials before the tender opening.
A pre-tender site visit has been scheduled for 13th August 2025, commencing at 10:00 a.m
Canvassing will lead to automatic disqualification from the tendering process.
