INVITATION TO TENDER
TENDER FOR DISPOSAL OF ASSETS (GOATS)
TENDER No. ETTI/D/02/2022-2023
1. The EMINING TECHNICAL TRAINING INSTITUTE now invites sealed tenders
from eligible candidates to purchase of Goats.
2. Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information at the address provided
below. Items will be sold as they are, without any encumbrances.
3. Interested tenderers may view and inspect the livestock to be sold during office hours
at the Emining Technical Training Institute Dairy Unit Section from 8.00am to
5.00pm inclusive of Saturday and Sunday.
4. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before THURSDAY,
6th April, 2023 at 11.00am.
5. A complete set of Tender document may be bought at kshs.1,000/- at our Procurement
Offices situated within the Institute during normal working hours or be
downloaded by interested bidders free of charge from our Website;
www.eminingtti.ac.ke or the public tender portal (PPIP Portal).
6. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or
any deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the
presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the
address below.
7. Those who download the document from the website must forward their particulars
immediately for recording and any further clarifications and addenda to our Procurement
Offices situated within the Institute.

B. Tender document for Submission to be;
(1) Duly completed bid documents (original and copy) are to be enclosed in plain sealed
envelopes,
(2) Marked with the tender number, name and as prescribed in the Tender Document
(3) To be deposited in the tender box located at Reception area of the Administration
Block.
