INVITATION TO TENDER
TENDER NO. KSU/D/20/2024-2025 DISPOSAL OF BUS, COWS, GOATS AND VARIOUS ITEMS
Kisii University now invites sealed tenders from eligible candidates to purchase (Cows, Goats and various items).
1. Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information at the address provided below.
Items will be sold as and where they are, without any encumbrances.
2. Interested tenderers may view the Cows and Goats to be sold during office hours between 11.30am on
11th March, 2025 at Kisii University Nyosia Farm and respective departments.
3. A complete set of tender documents maybe obtained by interested candidates free of charge at
www.kisiiuniversity.co.ke
4. Completed tenders mustbedeliveredto the address below on or before of 19th March ,2025,11:30am.
5. Prices quoted should be net inclusive of taxes &must be in Kenya Shillings and shall remain valid for
120 daysfrom the closing date of the tender.
6. Tenders willbeopenedimmediatelyafter the deadline date and time of 19th March,2025,11:30am. Tenders
will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ or designated representatives whochoose to
attendat theaddress below.
7. Late tenders will be rejected.
