Technical University of Mombasa invites sealed tenders from interested and eligible bidders for:

The tender documents may be obtained by interested tenderer from Technical University of Mombasa
website: www.tum.ac.ke or PPIP portal http://tenders.go.ke free of charge. Bidders are encouraged
to download tender documents to minimize physical visit to TUM Offices.
The Original plus One Copy of the complete tender document should be enclosed in plain sealed envelope
clearly marked with the tender name and reference numbers should be deposited in Tender box A located
at the Administration Block Ground Floor area next to the reception desk on or before Tuesday 8th April
2025 at 10.00 a.m. EAT and addressed to:
CONDITIONS OF SALE:
1. Viewing to be done AT THE VARIOUS LOCATIONS INDICATED in the item catalogue/tender
document on OUR WEBSITE: www.tum.ac.ke and tenders.go.ke.
2. Interested tenderers may inspect the goods to be sold during office hours [ 0900hrs to 1500 hours]
at the address given below.
3. SALE WILL BE ON – “AS –IS – WHERE – IS – BASIS”.
4. Interested bidders must pay a refundable deposit in favour of TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY OF
MOMBASA for the selected items/lot as indicated in the Appendix to Instructions to tenderers.
5. Other conditions of sale are contained in the tender document which may be accessed from the
University website (www.tum.ac.ke) Or public procurement information portal (PPIP)
