INVITATION TO TENDER

Butula technical and vocational college invites sealed tenders for the works mentioned above and in
the invitation to tender
The Project Consists of:
Drilling of one number borehole
Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method National using a standardized tender
document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
1. Qualified and interested Tenderers may obtain further information and inspect
the tender documents during office hours (08:00 to 17:00 hours), except during
lunch break starting 13:00 to 14:00 Hours East African Time at the address
given below Tenders shall be quoted in Kenya Shillings and shall include all
taxes. Tenders shall remain valid for 90 days from the date of opening of tenders.
2. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language will be obtained by
interested bidders from Butula technical and vocational training institute
3. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
4. Complete filled tenders must be submitted at the Tender Box at the administration
block at Butula technical and vocational training office. on or before 18/2/2026
at 0900 Hours East African time
5. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified
above or any dead line date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly
opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose
to attend at the address below.
6. Late tenders will be rejected.
