TENDER NOTICE

Kenya Meat Commission (KMC) invites bids from eligible suppliers for the following tender.

Interested bidders can obtain detailed tender document free of charge from the Kenya Meat Commission
website www.kenyameat.co.ke. or www.tenders.go.ke. Any bidder seeking clarification
on these tenders can do so in writing though procurement@kenyameat.co.ke.
Dully filled and completed tender documents must be submitted in original and a copy sealed
in plain envelopes clearly marked “Tender Number and Name’ and should be addressed and
delivered to:

Athi River.
Or be deposited in the tender Box located at KMC headquarters main reception in Athi River marked
“Tender Number and Name so as to be received on or before Thursday, December 22nd , 2022
Time1100hrs.
Please note that there will be a mandatory pre tender site visit at the Athi River Headquarter on
Tuesday 29th November 2022 from 0900hrs to 1300hrs. Minutes of the pre tender site visit will
be uploaded on the Kenya Meat Commission website indicated above. Tenders will be opened
immediately after the submission date/time at the Conference room Athi River.
