TENDER FOR PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF ECDE CLASSROOMS AT ARJIJO EMULANGO ,
SANGA OLTEPES(MUKOGONDO EAST WARD), LORUPAE,LOCHAKI,LOWUA,SALT LIK
VTC(MUKOGONDO WEST WARD).
THE COUNTY GOVERNMENT OF LAIKIPIA INVITES TENDERERS FOR PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF
ECDE CLASSROOMS AT ARJIJO EMULANGO , SANGA OLTEPES(MUKOGONDO EAST WARD),
LORUPAE,LOCHAKI,LOWUA,SALT LIK VTC(MUKOGONDO WEST WARD).
Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National) using a standardized tender document. Tendering is
open to all qualified bidder.
1. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during
office hours. 0900 to 1700 hours at the address given below.

2. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested tenderers free of Charge at the
address given above. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Websites
(www.laikipia.go.ke and/or www.tenders.go.ke ). Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of
charge.
3. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website www.laikipia.go.ke.and/or
www.tenders.go.ke.) Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars
immediately to (procurement@laikipia.go.ke , 0723-871-712 and P.o Box 131-20321 Rumuruti, Kenya)
to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
4. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender Security of Kes. 160,000.00 Valid for 120 Days
5. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
6. Completed tenders must be submitted through the IFMIS NEGOTIATION NUMBER 2096395 on or before
17TH FEBRUARY , 2026 1200HRS.
- Both hard copies and Electronic Tenders will be permitted.
- Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead line date
and time specified later. Tenders will be opened through the IFMIS. - Late tenders will be rejected.
- The bidders are notified that 0.03% Capacity Building Levy [The Levy Order 2023] applicable to all
contracts pursuant to PPRA Circular No. 01/2024 .[ This provides for allocation of 0.03% of the value
