TENDER FOR PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF FORM 2 TUTION BLOCK PHASE 1 AT ASUMBI GIRLS HIGH SCHOOL – AGHS

ASUMBI GIRLS HIGH SCHOOL TENDER MAY 2025 

Asumbi Girls High School invites sealed bids from qualified bidders for the following tender;

Interested eligible bidders may obtain a complete set of tender documents from Asumbi Girls School from the School Procurement Office from 8.00am – 4.00pm during official working hours after payment of a non- refundable tender fee of Kes5,000/= to the school account: Absa Bank A/C No: 0082202323- Branch Kisii.

The following documents should be certified and attached to form part of evaluation

Criterion:

• Certificate of Registration / Incorporation;
• NCA Certificate in the stated category (will be verified from NCA) for works;
• Registration Certificate with National Treasury for disadvantage group;
• Tax compliance certificate (will be verified on the KRA TCC Checker);
• CR12 Form (recent 12 months) from Registrar of Companies;
• Bidders shall serialize all pages for each tender document submitted;
• Failure to which the bidder shall be disqualified.

Description of Works

The description and scope of works is as described in the tender documents Prices quoted should include all taxes and must be expressed in Kenya Shillings and Shall remain valid for 180 days from the date of tender opening

The Completed tender documents should be dropped off at Asumbi Girls High School Office tender box on or before 11th June 2025, at 11:00 Am. Tender will be opened immediately after closure of the deadline and shall be opened in the presence of bidder or their representatives who may choose to attend.
