Amref Health Africa invites proposals from eligible candidates for the re-advertisement for proposed design, refurbishment and equipping of Biosafety Level 3 (BSL-3) laboratories and design and refurbishment of the BSL2 laboratories at the National Public Health Laboratory (NPHL) Block B for the Division of 11 and Other Lung Diseases, Ministry of Health.
Interested eligible candidates may download the detailed tender document and terms of reference from the Amref Health Africa website at: https://amref.org/expression-of-interest-eoi/ Only electronic bidding is permitted. Interested candidates should submit their proposals and supporting documentation through the secured email: EOI.BSL3Refurbishment@amref.org so as to be received on or before Thursday, 22nd May 2025 at 12 Noon (EAT), 9 AM GMT (UK), and 10 AM CET.
Interested eligible bidders are also invited to pre-bid conferences on Wednesday 30th April 2025 and Wednesday 7th May 2025 respectively at 1 PM (EAT), 10 AM GMT (UK), and 1 PM CET. Bidder’s representatives who would like to attend the Pre-bid Conferences can register in advance using the link provided on the Amref website.
After registering, you will receive an email with information regarding the meeting.
Submissions that are received by Amref Health Africa after the deadline, for whatever reason, shall not be considered for review.
