Bandari Maritime Academy wishes to invites eligible and interested bidders to tender for Provision
of Board Medial Insurance Cover, specified in the tender document as shown below;

A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested tenderers during
normal working office hours, at the Supply Chain office No 1B3 (Monday to Friday from 8.00am
to 5.00pm upon payment of non-refundable fee of Kshs. 1,000.00 (One thousand Kenya
shillings only) payable to A/c No 1264378726, KCB Kilindini Branch or bankers cheque payable to
the Bandari Maritime Academy OR the same can be downloaded (free of charge) from Bandari
Maritime Academy website www.bma.ac.ke or www.tenders. go.ke (Public Procurement
Information Portal- PPIP).

Complete Tender Documents (clearly Marked with tender title and tender No) ‘Original’ and ‘Copy’
can be dropped in the tender box provided, located at the ground floor Bandari Maritime Academy
Offices, Bishop Makarios Close or delivered to the Office of the Head of Supply Chain Management
office, room 1B3, so as to be received on or before Tuesday 28th March, 2023 at 11.00 a.m.
Electronic tender will not be permitted.
Tenders shall be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above, in the
presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the BMA
Boardroom located at the ground floor, Mombasa, in strictly adherence to Ministry of Health Covid
19 Rules. Late tenders will be rejected.
Prices quoted must be inclusive of VAT and all Government taxes and must remain valid for a
minimum period of One Hundred and Eighty (180) days from the closing date.
