INVITATION TO TENDER
PROVISION OF BOOK DISTRIBUTION/TRANSPORTATION SERVICES
1. The KENYA LITERATURE BUREAU invites sealed tenders for PROVISION FOR BOOK
DISTRIBUTION / TRANSPORTATION SERVICES Under Framework Contract.
2. Tenders will be awarded on the basis of Framework Contract – Three years maximum.
Tendering will be conducted under the National competitive tendering method using a standardized tender document.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents
during office hours as from 0900 to 1600 hours at the address given below. More details on the Services
are provided in PART 2 – Services’ Requirements, Section V – Description of Services of the Tender Document
4. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from our website www.klb.co.ke or
www.tenders.go.ke
5. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to
supplies@klb.co.ke, to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
6. Completed tenders MUST BE physically submitted on or before 10.00 am, 1ST APRIL 2025.
