INVITATION TO TENDER REF NO. KNSL/001/2022-23

TENDER FOR PROVISION OF COMPREHENSIVE MEDICAL INSURANCE COVER,
GROUP PERSONAL ACCIDENT COVER AND GROUP LIFE COVER.

KENYA NATIONAL SHIPPING LINE LTD. invites sealed tenders from eligible insurance service
providers for the Provision of comprehensive Medical Insurance Cover, Group Personal Accident
Cover and Group Life Cover
Eligible tenderers may download the tender documents free of charge from the company website
(www.knsl.go.ke) or inspect the tender documents from the Company’s office during weekdays
(8.00am -5.00pm).
A complete set of tender documents may be obtained from the procurement office during normal
working hours upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ksh.1,000/= and obtaining an official
receipt at cash office.
Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, marked with the
tender name and number and be deposited in the tender box provided at the company’s office at
5th floor Imaara Building, Dedan Kimathi Avenue and be addressed to:

so as to be received on or before 12th April 2023 at 10.00am.
The tender will be opened on 12th April, 2023 at 11:00am, in the presence of the candidates’
