INVITATION TO TENDER FOR PROVISION OF CONSULTANCY SERVICES TO CARRY OUT FUND INSPECTIONS FOR RMLF PROGRAMMES IN KENYA RURAL ROADS AUTHORITY FOR FYs 2021/2022 to 2023/2024

Kenya Roads Board has set aside funds in its operation budget or has received financing from RMLF toward

the cost of Consulting Services for Provision of Road Maintenance Levy Fund Inspections.

Kenya Roads Board now invites proposals to provide CONSULTANCY SERVICES TO CARRY OUT FUND INSPECTION OF KENYA RURAL ROADS AUTHORITY (KeRRA) ROAD MAINTENANCE LEVY FUNDED

PROGRAMMES FOR FYs 2021/2022 – 2023/2024. More details on the Services are provided in Section 5 (Terms of Reference) of the Request for Proposals (RFP).

The assignment is open to all qualified Financial Audit Firms.

The detailed Request for Proposals (RFP) document is available for downloading on the Kenya Roads Board website: www.krb.go.ke or www.tenders.go.ke at no cost. The documents can also be inspected and/or obtained from Supply Chain Management Office on 3rd Floor, Kenya Re Towers, Off Ragati Road during working days between 8.30 am and 4.30 pm upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs 500.00 for each tend. er. Payment shall be made by cash or by bankers cheque in the cashier’s Office.

A pre-proposal conference will be held on Wednesday 15th June, 2022 at 10.00am via zoom. Bidders to forward the names and email address of nominees for sharing of the meeting credentials to info@krb.go.ke and or the contact emails provided in the RFP Data Sheet.

Bidders should also constantly check the KRB website ( www.krb.go.ke) for any addendums and other updates.

Completed Tender Documents in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked “TENDER NO KRB/426/2021- 2022 FOR PKGFA2” should be addressed, submitted and/or delivered to:

Or deposited in the Tender box situated on 3rd Floor, Kenya Re Towers so as to be received on or before

Friday 24th June, 2022 at 12.00 noon. Late tenders shall not be accepted.

The proposals will be opened immediately on the same day in the presence of Bidders or their representatives who may wish to attend. Any proposals received after the closing time shall be returned unopened.
