INVITATION TO TENDER
TENDER FOR PROVISION OF FUND MANAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATION SERVICES FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A STAFF PENSION SCHEME.
TENDER NO. NaMATA/OT/SPS/015/B/2024-2025
1. The Nairobi Metropolitan Area Transport Authority invites sealed tenders for the Provision of fund management and
administration services for the staff pension scheme for the Nairobi Metropolitan Area Transport Authority
2. Tendering will be conducted under National open tendering method using a standardized tender document. Tendering
is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information during office hours 0800 – 1600 hours at
the address given below.
4. Tender documents may be viewed and/or downloaded from the website www.namata.go.ke or
www.tenders.go.ke.
5. Tenders shall be quoted in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remain valid for 120 days from
the date of opening of tenders.
6. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Bid Security of Kenya Shillings One Million (Kshs. 1,000,000.00) from a
reputable Bank in Kenya valid for 30 days beyond the Tender Validity period
7. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted. Tender Document
must be Tape bound and not Spiral bound. Spiral bound documents shall be automatically disqualified.
8. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 22nd July 2025 at 1100hrs. Electronic
Tenders will not be permitted.
9. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and
time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated
representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
9. Late tenders will be rejected.
