CENTRAL BANK OF KENYA TENDER MARCH 2026
INVITATION TO TENDER
1. The Central Bank of Kenya invites sealed tenders for the Provision of ground maintenance and sanitary
disposal services at Central Bank of Kenya Institute of Monetary Studies (CBK-IMS) and
Riverside residential premises for a period of three (3) years.
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method using a standardized tender document.
Tendering is RESERVED FOR AGPO (WOMEN CATEGORY).
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during
office hours (Monday to Friday) between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm at the address given below. More details on
the Services are provided in PART 2 – Services’ Requirements, Section V – Description of Services of the
Tender Document.
4. A complete set of Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Central Bank of Kenya
website: www.centralbank.go.ke OR PPIP website: www.tenders.go.ke. Tender documents obtained
electronically will be free of charge.
5. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the Central Bank of Kenya website:
www.centralbank.go.ke OR PPIP website: www.tenders.go.ke. Tenderers who download the tender
document must forward their particulars immediately to supplies@centralbank.go.ke to facilitate any
further clarification or addendum.
6. A site visit will be held at the Central Bank of Kenya Institute of Monetary Studies, Ruaraka on 12th March 2026 at 11:00 a.m.
7. No Tender Security is required.
8. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
9. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 19th March 2026 at 10:30 a.m.
Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
10. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date
and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated
representatives who choose to attend at the address below.

Floor. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives or
anyone who chooses to attend. Bidder’s representatives and other persons who choose to attend the tender
opening session will be required to have a (National ID/Passport).
