TENDER FOR PROVISION OF INPATIENT AND OUTPATIENT MEDICAL INSURANCE 2022 – COMFUND

COMMODITIES FUND TENDER JUNE 2022 

TENDER NOTICE                        

The Fund invites bids from prospective medical insurance firms to be considered for the following tender:

Tender documents with detailed information may be viewed and collected at the Fund’s offices situated on 2nd Floor, at Kenya Railways Headquarters Building, Block D, Workshop Road, off Haile Selassie Avenue during normal working hours (8: 00a.m -1: 00 p.m. and between 2:00

p.m. –5:00p.m) at a cost of Ksh. 1,000.00. Prospective suppliers may also view and download the Documents free of charge from the Commodities Fund’s website: www.comfund.co.ke or from the Public Procurement Information Portal (PPIP) portal. Those who download the documents from the websites must forward the tender number applied, name of firm, address and telephone number immediately for records to: info@comfund.co.ke 

Completed tender documents must be submitted enclosed in a plain, sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the Tender name, number, code number and category as provided in the document and deposit the documents in the tender box located at the Reception, so as to be received on or before Tuesday, 21st June 2022 at 11.00 a.m. Tenders shall be opened immediately thereafter at the Fund’s Boardroom in the presence of bidders who choose to attend.

Late tenders shall be rejected.
