FOR PROVISION OF INSURANCE SERVICES THROUGH BROKERAGE [MEDICAL AND GENERAL INSURANCE SERVICES] – 2023/2024
World Agroforestry (ICRAF] is a centre of science and development excellence that harnesses the benefits of trees for people and the environment. Leveraging the world’s largest repository of agroforestry science and information, we develop knowledge practices, from farmers’ fields to the global sphere, to ensure food security and environmental sustainability. Our vision is an equitable world where all people have viable livelihoods supported by healthy and productive landscapes.
ICRAF intends to solicit for Expression of Interests as follows
- Provision of insurance brokerage services – Medical insurance cover, GLA, GPA/WIBA
- Provision of insurance brokerage services – General Insurance

Interested firms shall be required to pay a non- refundable fee of KES 5,000.00 through the payment channel provided in the tender document.
Complete EOI documents shall be submitted electronically to insurance2023@cgiar.org in the manner prescribed in the EOI document to be received not later than 4th November 2022 by 2359hrs East Africa Time.
ICRAF reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and to annul the whole process and reject all proposals at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected tenderer or tenderers or any obligation to inform the affected tenderer or tenderers of the grounds for ICRAF’s action. If ICRAF determines that none of the tenderers is responsive; ICRAF shall notify each tenderer who submitted a proposal.
