FOR PROVISION OF MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT SERVICES OF ICT NETWORK
INFRASTRUCTURE FOR PARLIAMENTARY SERVICE COMMISSION
1. The Parliamentary Service Commission invites sealed tenders for the Provision of Maintenance
and Support Services of ICT Network Infrastructure for Parliamentary Service Commission for a Period of 2 years.
2. Tendering will be conducted under Open National Tendering procurement method using a
standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
3. Qualified and interested tenderer may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents
during office hours 0800 to 1700 hours at Parliamentary Service Commission’s Procurement
Office on 4th Floor, Protection House, Nairobi or email through
procurementpjs@parliament.go.ke or dg@parliament.go.ke. More details on the Services are
provided in PART 2 – Services’ Requirements, Section V – Description of Services of the Tender Document.
4. Tenders shall be quoted in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remain valid for
182 days from the date of opening of tenders.
5. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of Kenya Shillings Four Hundred
Thousand (Kshs.400,000.00) only in the form of Bank guarantee from a financial institution
recognized and/or regulated by the Central Bank of Kenya valid for 217 days from date of tender
opening payable to the Procuring Entity.
6. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
7. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 23rd March, 2026 at
11:00am. Electronic Tenders WILL NOT be permitted.
8. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above. Tenders will be
publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at
the address below.
9. Late tenders will be rejected.

The completed tender documents clearly marked on the envelope with tender number and name of
the tender will be hand-delivered to the Tender Box at the Reception on 4th Floor, Protection
