INVITATION TO TENDER
TENDER FOR PROVISION OF OFFICE TEA SERVICES AT KAWI HOUSE AND NNT –THREE (3) YEARS CONTRACT.

1. National Oil Corporation of Kenya (National Oil), herein known as the Procuring entity, invites sealed tenders
from interested and eligible candidates MUST BE AGPO (Youth, Women and Persons with Disability) ONLY
dully registered for the Provision of Office tea services at Kawi House and NNT, for a period of three (3) years
on contract with a value for money assessment undertaken annually to confirm whether the Bidder is providing
satisfactory performance and whether the terms in the contract remain competitive.
2. Tendering will be conducted under Open National Tendering method and is open to all qualified and
interested Tenderers.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents
during office hours, between 0800hrs to 1700hrs (East Africa Time) at the address given below.

4. A complete set of tender documents may also be purchased or obtained by paying KES 1,000, in cash or
Banker’s Cheque. Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
5. There shall be MANDATORY SITE VISIT at National Oil Corporation Head office at Kawi House and
NNT Depot Industrial Area at during normal office hours, between 0800hrs to 1600hrs (East Africa
Time).
6. Interested bidders shall be required to attach original certificates of site visit duly signed by National Oil
representatives in their tender submissions.
Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website(s) www.nationaloil.co.ke or
www.tenders.go.ke. Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
7. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website (www.nationaloil.co.ke or
www.tenders.go.ke). Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars
immediately to (tenders@nockenya.co.ke) to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
8. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 11th March 2025 at 1000hrs
EAT. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.

9. Tenders that do not fit in the tender box shall be deposited at the Reception Desk and recorded using the
register located at the reception area at the address located in clause 8 above.
10. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date
and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated
representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
11. Late tenders will be rejected.
12. Preference and Reservation schemes will apply as prescribed in the Procurement law.
