INVITATION TO TENDER
TENDER FOR PROVISION OF PRINTING SERVICES FOR THE YEAR 2026-2027

3. The KENYA SCHOOL OF TVET invites sealed tenders for the Provision of Printing services for the period of
January 2026 to June 2027.
4. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National) using a standardized tender
document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
5. This is a restricted tender (AGPO).
6. This tender is not subject to Multiple contracts/lots.
7. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents
during office hours [0900 to 1600 hours] at the address given below.
8. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders upon payment of
a non- refundable fees of (ksh.1000) and payable in the school’s cooperative bank, Gigiri branch A/c
02129070020900. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website
(www.kstvet.ac.ke) or the public procurement information portal (www.tender.go.ke). Tender
documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
9. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website (www.kstvet.ac.ke ) or
public procurement information portal www.tender.go.ke. Tenderers who download the tender document
must forward their particulars immediately to (info@kstvet.ac.ke, and 44600-00100 NAIROBI) to
facilitate any further clarification or addendum.

11. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted. Hand written Numbering will be rejected.
12. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before Dec 3rd 2026 10:00.
13. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted
14. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead line
date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated
representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
15. Late tenders will be rejected.
