1. The Kenya National Examinations Council Staff Retirement Benefits Scheme invites sealed tenders though Open National Tender for Provision of Scheme Administration Services.
- Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours 0900 to 1500 hours at the address given below or emailtoknecsrbs@knec.ac.ke
- Bid prices quoted should be inclusive of all costs and taxes, and shall remain valid for(120)one hundred and twenty days from the date of tender opening.

The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted and MUST register that they will submit their tender via email to knecsrbs@knec.ac.ke

Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 10.00amon 27thFebruary, 2026.
Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
- Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and time specified later.
Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
- Late tenders will be rejected.
