TENDER FOR PROVISION OF SECURITY GUARDING SERVICES AT COUNCIL OF LEGAL
EDUCATION FFICES IN KAREN

Council Legal Education invites sealed Tenders from eligible and competent Security Contractors for the
PROVISION OF SECURITY GUARDING SERVICES Karen Offices in Nairobi as detailedin the Schedule of
requirements and Tender Form.
Interested Security Service Providers may obtain the Tender document by down loading from The Council of
Legal Education website; www.cle.or.ke or the Public Procurement Information Portal
(PPIP);,www.tenders.go.ke
free of charge.
Prices quoted should be inclusive of all taxes and must be in Kenya shillings and shall remain valid for 90 days
from the closing date.
The tenderer shall furnish, as part of its tender, a tender security of Kshs. 50,000. The tender security shall be
in the form of a Guarantee issued by a Bank or Insurance Company approved by the Public Procurement and
Regulatory Authority.
Bidders shall ensure serialization of all the pages for each bid submitted.
Duly completed tender documents should be submitted in a plain sealed outer envelope enclosing
separately sealed envelopes l a b e l l e d a s “Original” only clearly marked Tender

so as to be received on or before Wednesday 5th October 2022 at 12.00 Noon
Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter at the Council’s boardroom in the presence of tenderers or
their representatives who wish to attend. The Prices quoted in the tender/bid should be net inclusive ofall
taxes.
Any additional information, addendums or clarifications in respect to this tender will be available in our
CLE website www.cle.or.ke All bidders are advised to regularly check the website during the bidding
period.

www.tenders.go.ke should forward their company‘s details to info@cle.or.ke so that any addendum/
clarifications can be sent to their email address.
Council reserves the right to accept or reject any tender and may annul the tendering process and reject
all tenders at any time prior to contract award without thereby incurring any liability to the affected
tenderer or tenderers.
