TENDER NOTICE
TENDER NOTICE FOR PROVISION OF SERVICE, REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF
MOTOR VEHICLE FOR A PERIOD OF THREE (3) YEARS (FRAMEWORK CONTRACT)
LOT 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 & 6- TENDER No. NDMA/19/2025 – 2026
The National Drought Management Authority (NDMA) invites sealed tenders from eligible candidates for
the PROVISION OF SERVICE, REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF MOTOR VEHICLE FOR A
PERIOD OF THREE (3) YEARS (FRAMEWORK CONTRACT) LOT 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 & 6. The contract
will be for a period of three years subject to annual Satisfactory Performance.
Tendering will be conducted under open national tendering method using a standardized tender document
and is open to all eligible and qualified Tenderers. Tenderers are required to tender for all insurance service items.
Eligible and qualified tenderers interested in the tender may view and download the tender document from
the Authority’s website, www.ndma.go.ke or the PPIP Portal www.tenders.go.ke
Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their contact details immediately
to procurement@ndma.go.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender Security of KES 100,000 for lot 1 only from a bank recognized by
the Central Bank of Kenya valid for 150 days
Lot 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 tender security is NOT required
The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of their submitted bids.
Completed and serialized/paginated tender document in plain sealed envelopes and clearly marked with the
TENDER NUMBER and TENDER DESCRIPTION should be addressed to:

and deposited in the tender box situated at the NDMA Reception, Lonrho House, Standard Street, 8th Floor so
as to be received on or before 18th March, 2026 at 10:30 a.m.
Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date
and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated
representatives who choose to attend at the Boardroom on 17th Floor, Lonrho House, Standard Street, Nairobi
in the presence of Tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend.
