INVITATION TO TENDER
TENDER FOR PROVISION OF STRUCTURAL CABLING AT VARIOUS POST OFFICES.
TENDER NO.PCK/PROC/15/2024/2025
1. The Postal Corporation of Kenya invites sealed tenders for the Provision of Structural Cabling at City Square Post Office
as per the scope of works provided in section of schedule for works.
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National) using a standardized tender document.
Tendering is open to all qualified and interestedTenderers.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during
office hours 0900 to 1500 hours at the address given below.
4. Acomplete set of tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website(s) www.postakenya.co.ke
or www.tenders.go.ke.
5. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website www.postakenya.co.ke or
www.tenders.go.ke. Tenderers who download the tender document mustforward their particularsimmediately to
email: tendersecretariat@posta.co.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
6. Tendersshall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tendersshall remain valid for 120 days
fromthe date of opening oftenders.
7. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender Security of Ksh 200,000.00.
8. TheTenderershall chronologically serialize all pages ofthe tender documentssubmitted.
9. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before Friday 9 May 2025 at 11:00AM. Electronic
Tenders will not be permitted.
10. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead line date and
time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives
who choose to attend atthe address below.
11. Late tenderswill be rejected.
12. Bidders are encouraged to visit PCK’s or PPIP websites from time to time before tender closure for any
amendments through addendum /clarification.
