TENDER FOR PURCHASE OF LAND FOR MULOT LIVESTOCK SALE YARD AND BUS PARK BOMET COUNTY

1. The COUNTY GOVERNMENT OF BOMET – DEPARTMENT OF LAND, HOUSING
AND URBAN PLANNING invites sealed tenders for the TENDER FOR PURCHASE OF
LAND FOR LIVESTOCK SALE YARD AND BUS PARK FOR BOMET COUNTY.
2. Tendering will be conducted under an open competitive method using a standardized tender
document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender
Documents during office hour’s i.e 0800hrs to 1700hrs at the address given below.

4. Tendered documents may be viewed and downloaded free of charge from the website
www.bomet.go.ke or public procurement information portal (www.tenders.go.ke).
5. Completed tenders must be sealed, tender description and number clearly indicated delivered
and deposited at the tender box situated at the procurement office – opposite Twiggs annex or
to the address below on or before TUESDAY, 20TH JUNE 2023, Time at 11:00AM.

6. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline, date, and time specified above or any
deadline, date, and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the
Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
