REGISTRATION OF SUPPLIERS FOR PROVISION OF GOODS, SERVICES AND
WORKS FOR FINANCIAL YEAR 2025-2026
KIPSINENDE TECHNICAL TRAINING INSTITUTE Invites applications from interested
,eligible, capable individuals and firms for registration of suppliers and services providers for
the financial year 2025-2026 pursuant to section 57 and 71 of PPAD Act, 2015 and section 69
of the regulations.
Suppliers are also required to self-register on the e-GP portal that is accessible through
www.egpkenya.go.ke.

Registration documents with detailed specification may be obtained from:
1. Procurement office upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ksh.1,000.00(one thousand only) in
form of bankers’ cheque in favor of Kipsinende Technical Training Institute Account no
1212733894 KENYA COMMERCIAL BANK-KERICHO branch, during normal working hours;
OR
2. Download forms from our website: www.kipsinendeinstitute.ac.ke or public procurement portal
(www.tenders.go.ke) and submitted free of charge.
3. The category reserved for youths, women and persons with disability shall be strictly for those
specified persons with valid certificates issued by national treasury.
4. Duly complete tender forms in sealed envelopes and clearly marked with registration reference
no. be deposited in tender box at administration block so as be received on 09/07/2025 at 12.00
noon and will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of bidders who choose to attend
