Interested eligible candidates are requested to inspect tender documents and obtain clarification concerning tender documents from the office of the head of supply chain management Samburu County, Treasury Building Maralal during working hours. Bid documents may be downloaded free of charge from www.samburu.go.ke or the public procurement portal https://www.tenders.go.ke  using the above IFMIS negotiation numbers.

Completed tender documents should be uploaded/submitted via GOK IFMIS tender portal www.treasury.go.ke. Pursuant to executive order 2 of 2018 so as to be received on or before Tuesday 5th January 2021 at 10.00am in PDF Format. Original Bid security must be delivered at the office of Head of supply chain management during office working hours on or before the closing date and time, where there is a dispute between the closing time indicated in the tender notice and time in the IFMIS negotiation number, the time indicated in the IFMIS negotiation number shall prevail.

Interested and eligible bidders having challenges uploading their tender documents in the integrated management system IFMIS supplier portal may obtain assistance from IFMIS Desk on 0800721477/0202480180 at the national treasury.

Please note that MANUAL SUBMISSION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. All tenders must be submitted through the IFMIS Supplier portal.
