INVITATION TO TENDER
ONE YEAR FRAMEWORK CONTRACT FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ASSORTED FRUITS AND VEGETABLES ‘AS AND WHEN REQUIRED’ FOR
KENYA SCHOOL OF MONETARY STUDIES (KSMS) (RESERVED FOR WOMEN CATEGORY)
TENDER NO.CBK/105/2022-2023
1. The Central Bank of Kenya invites sealed tenders for a Framework Contract for Supply and Delivery of assorted
fruits and vegetables “on as and when required basis” for Kenya School of Monetary Studies (KSMS) for a period
of one (1) year.
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National) using a standardized tender document.
Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during normal
office hours Monday to Friday i.e. 0900 to 1700 hours at the address given below;

www.tenders.go.ke OR Central Bank of Kenya website: www.centralbank.go.ke at no cost. Bidders who
download the tender document are advised to forward their particulars immediately using the Email:
supplies@centralbank.go.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
5. No Tender Security Required
6. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
7. Completed tenders, in plain sealed envelopes marked with tender name & reference number, must be delivered to
the address below on or before 10.30 a.m. (East African Time) on 15th June, 2023 and be deposited in the Green
Tender box No.3 located at the Main entrance to Central Bank of Kenya. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
8. Tenders that do not fit in the tender box shall be deposited at the General Service Department 5th Floor Central
Bank of Kenya using the register located at the office at the address located in clause 10 above.
9. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline dateand time
specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who
choose to attend at the address below.
10. Late tenders will be rejected.
