INVITATION TO TENDER
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF BOREHOLE DRILLING MATERIALS CHEMICHALS AND ACCESSORIES
TENDER NO:1150905-2022/2023
4. The (Kwale County Government) invites sealed tenders for the supply of goods i.e.
drilling materials within 21days and to be delivered at kwale county department of water
services.
5. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National/International) [National]
using a standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
6. Tendering is open to all Small and Medium Enterprises registered appropriately with Kenyan Laws
7. Tenderers will be allowed to tender for only one lot.
8. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents
during office hours [0800 to 0500 hours] at the address given below.
9. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website www.kwalecountygov.com or
www.supplier.treasury.go.ke). Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
10. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website
www.kwalecountygov.com or www.supplier.treasury.go.ke.Tenderers who download the tender
document must forward their particulars immediately to (info@kwale.go.ke) to facilitate any further
clarification or addendum.
11. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender Security from an authorized firm of Ksh. 100,000.00
12. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender document submitted.
13. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before [Thursday 08th December
2022 at 10:00 AM Electronic Tenders is the only permitted process.
14. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead
line date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’
designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
15. Late tenders will be rejected.
