1.The Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) invites sealed bids from eligible candidates
for Supply and delivery of bottled office drinking water and dispenser services under (Framework
contract for three years renewable annually on satisfactory performance).
2.Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender
Documents during office hours 8 am and 5 pm starting from the date of advert at the office of:

1. Tendering will be conducted under open tender method using a standardized tender document.
Tendering is OPEN to all bidders.

1. All Tenders must be accompanied by a TENDER-SECURING Declaration form.
2. Complete tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the
tender number and description and deposited in tender box provided at Integrity Centre, Ground
Floor on or before the date and time indicated and be addressed to;

3. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any
