The County Government of Tharaka Nithi has received funding allocated fund towards to support the County Climate Change Fund to support community resilience towards the effects of climate change. The County intends to utilize part of the allocation towards supporting farmers to improve agricultural productivity. The County Government of Tharaka Nithi through the County Climate Chage Unit invites sealed bids from eligible contractors for the following tender. Tendering will be conducted through the procedures specified in the Public Procurement and Disposal Act 2015.

Bidders MUST meet the following requirements.
- Certificate of incorporation/Registration
- Valid Tax Compliance Certificate
- Valid Business Permit
- Attach valid Ksh.600,000/- bid security inform of a Bank guarantee, cash, OR a guarantee by an insurance company registered and licensed by the insurance Regulatory Authority listed by the Authority amount in Kenya shillings.
- Certified copies of audited financial statements for the years 2023 & 2024.
- Dully filled and signed letter of bid
- Dully filled and signed Tenderers Information form
- Tender document must be sequentially serialized in the format
- CR 12 Issued in the last six months

Interested eligible candidates may download a complete set of tender documents with evaluation criteria from Tharaka Nithi County website at www.tharakanithi.go.ke , PPIP portal www.tenders.go.ke and IFMIS System using the unique Negotiation Number indicated in the tender advert.
Complete soft tender documents can ONLY be submitted electronically through IFMIS System so as to be received on or before Wednesday, February, 12th 2025 at 12.00 Noon.
