TENDER FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF CRAWLER EXCAVATOR FY 2022/2023
1. The County Government of Kiambu-Department of Roads, Transport, Public Works, and
Utilities invites tenders for the supply of goods i.e. crawler excavator FY 2022/2023
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National) using a standardized tender
document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
3. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
4. In case tender is subject to Multiple contracts/lots, insert “Not applicable.
5. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents
during office hours [insert office hours if applicable i.e. 0900 to 1500 hours] at the address given
below.
6. A complete set of tender documents may Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the
Website(s) www.kiambu.go.ke or www.tenders.go.ke. Tender documents obtained electronically will
be free of charge.
7. Tenderers who download the tender document may forward their particulars immediately to
(procurement@kiambu.go.ke)to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
8. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Ksh 200,000 tender Security.
9. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
10. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before [13th December 2022 at
11.00am]. Electronic Tenders [will not ] be permitted
11. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead
line date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’
designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
12. Late tenders will be rejected.
