4. The TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY OF KENYA invites sealed tenders for the SUPPLY AND
DELIVERY OF DETERGENT, SOAP, TOILETRIES, DISINFECTANTS AND CLEANING
MATERIALS for the financial year 2026-2027 to TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY OF KENYA
5. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National) using a standardized
tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested AGPO GROUP
6. “Tendering is open to all Small and Medium Enterprises registered appropriately with registrar
7. Tenderers will be allowed to tender for more than one lot
8. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender
Documents during office hours 0900 to 1600 hours at the address given below.
9. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website (www.tukenya.ac.ke)and
from the ppip.
10. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website
(www.tukenya.ac.ke). Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their
particulars immediately to (director.sco@tukenya.ac.ke, TEL:+254 (020)
338232/338755/219690, (P.O.BOX 52428-00200, NAIROBI-KENYA) to facilitate any further
clarification or addendum.
11. All Tenders must be accompanied by a “Tender-Securing Declaration,” form
12. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
13. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 25th February, 2026 at
Time: 10.00 a.m. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
14. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any
dead line date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the
Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below. Late tenders
will be rejected.
