TENDER FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF DRY FOODS.
1. The Technical University of Kenya invites sealed tenders for supply and delivery of dry goods.
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method National using a standardized tender
document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information from the Procurement and Supply
Chain Office during normal office working hours [08:00Am to 5:00Pm] at the address given below.
4. Tender documents can be obtained electronically from the Website (www.tukenya.ac.ke) Tender
documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
5. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website (www.tukenya.ac.ke)
Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to Email:

facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
6. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
7. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender security of Ksh.100,000/- in the form of a bank guarantee
from a reputable bank or an insurance firm approved by PPRA and must be valid for 90 days after the opening of
the tender.
8. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before CLOSING DATE: 25TH
FEBRUARY, 2026 at 10.00 am. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
- Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date
and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated
representatives who choose to attend at the address below. - Late tenders will be rejected.
