INVITATION TO TENDER
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF EMERGENCY RELIEF FOOD (WHITE MAIZE AND BEANS)
TENDER NO: CGWP/T /010/2025-2026
1. The County Government of West pokot invites sealed tenders for the supply of goods i.e.
(supply and Delivery of emergency relief food (Dry white maize and beans))
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method National Tender using a standardized
tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender
Documents during office hours [09.00AM -4.00PM) at the address given below.
4. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website(www.westpokot.go.ke and
Public Information Portal www.tenders.go.ke . Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of
charge.
5. Tender documents may be viewed, downloaded and submitted for free from IFMIS tender portal :
www.supplier.treasury.go.ke using the UNIQUE IFMIS negotiation number 2101616 .Tenderers who
download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to
procurement@westpokot.go.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
6. All tenders Must be accompanied by a Tender Security of Ksh. 600,000.
7. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
8. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before [27TH FEBRUARY 2026 at
12.00 NOON] Tenders should also be Submitted through the IFMIS System UNDER IFMIS
negotiationno. 2101616 before the mentioned date.
9. Electronic Tenders will be permitted. Electronic Tenders, through the IFMIS SYSTEM is a MUST
andit should be EXACT REPLICA OF THE HARD COPY SUBMITTED. Completed tenders
indicating tender number and description as described in the Tender Document shall be submitted back
in both soft and hardcopies. The softcopies should be submitted through supplier portal and hard copies
in plain sealed envelope indicating tender number and description as described in the Tender Document
should be deposited in the Tender box located at COUNTY TREASURY, Ground Floor Entrance or
sent by post to address below.
10. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any
dead line date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the
Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
11. Late tenders will be rejected
